Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking customers, offering support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer experience based on insights from interactions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to implement solutions that foster a positive customer environment.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and uphold the agency’s commitment to customer happiness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related support role is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a dedication to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling customer inquiries.
