Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience leading the design and implementation of integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions, including pre-sales, design, and multi-phase deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE with development/integration experience across Microsoft technologies, and ability to translate business needs into scalable architectures.
  • Advanced understanding of integration concepts and CE design paradigms, with AI-focused capabilities and a willingness to stay current with new platform features.
  • Proven track record coaching technical staff and leading customer-facing engagements to deliver high-quality designs within digital business transformations.

Requirements:

  • Lead solution design for customers, acting as trusted advisor and relationship manager with customers' technical authorities.
  • Support sales activities by configuring demos, creating presentations, and assisting business and sales teams throughout the sales process.
  • Lead and mentor the D365 team, enabling knowledge sharing, staying up to date with current and upcoming tools, and ensuring best practices.
  • Develop AI-focused products within the in-house AI and Business Solutions suite, building use cases for target verticals and common business scenarios.

About the Role (your why)

Join our successful and growing Dynamics D365 CE team to help lead the solution design and define the technical requirements for our varied customer engagements. We’re looking for someone with the solutional breadth and depth combined with extensive industry experience to define, lead and deliver quality business outcomes to our clients. As the Solution Architect you’ll be required to lead the solution design for customers as well as build out the ever growing AI and Business Solutions suite of in house products.

What you’ll do

  • Interacting with the customer - being the key driver of solution designs and fulfilling the role of trusted advisor, thought leader asnd relationship manager with the customers technical authorities.
  • Supporting sales activity - configuring demo’s, creating presentations and supporting business and sales personnel within the sales process.
  • Leading and supporting the wider team - enabling the D365 team members to “Stay up to date” through regular presentations on current and upcoming tools and products, and ensuring best practise is maintained.
  • Staying up to date - upskilling, learning and training peers on Microsoft stack and related products that may relate to current, historic and future implementations.
  • Product development within the AI business solutions space, build out use cases to technical and service based products for target verticals and common pan- business scenarios

What you’ll bring

You’ll have plenty of experience leading the design and implementation of highly integrated Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform business solutions. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is essential where you’ve been involved in everything from Pre-sales, design, completed full multiphase implementations.

You’ll be comfortable with all relevant technical possibilities of the Power Platform, focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and have a desire to understand the customer’s problem to ultimately craft and design solutions for the many and varied challenges you’ll face.

  • Strong solutional knowledge of Dynamics CE and ideally development experience with Microsoft and integration focused technologies including.
  • Experience translating business solutions and complex client ecosystems into solutions, and producing quality designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of digital business transformations
  • Solid experience in driving customer facing engagements
  • Advanced knowledge of integration concepts, CE design paradigms, an AI focus and a curiosity to learn about the new platform capabilities
  • A great track record of coaching technical staff as a team to maximise performance, satisfaction, and elevate team capability.
