BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional QA/testing experience.
Experience with performance and usability testing; hands-on experience with Selenium (Java), JMeter, Appium, and Git.
Experience building and using testing frameworks for release engineering; Agile/Scrum experience; exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:

Provide consultation on complex testing strategies for the Project.
Take the lead on urgent issues and projects, ensuring statuses are properly communicated and appropriate staffing resources are assigned as required.
Provide technical know-how, documentation, and training to test and other business functions
Stay up to speed on process, practice, and technology developments to ensure they are brought in-house and enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems
Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in line with the skill-set of the team
Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
Create and validate automated scripts that support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline
Lead in definition and implementation of direction on automation techniques and adherence to standards.
Apply Testing Lifecycle Management principles in the context of a project;
Mentor the entire quality assurance team.
