Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead end-to-end marketing efforts for our AI customer service tool tailored for Shopify. As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our AI customer service tool to Shopify store owners.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Create compelling and innovative marketing collateral, including website content, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing copy.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and lead generation tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
  • Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.

  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
