Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Systems Analyst team in their mission to provide technical solutions and support for both internal departments and external users.
• Manage and execute the team’s operations, communicate performance expectations, provide team feedback, training, and coaching.
• Contribute to strategic planning and direction surrounding ERP systems and integrations.
• Oversee the analysis, technical design, system configuration, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle management of SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with business analyst teams and other departments to define business requirements and provide necessary configuration and new functionality.
• Partner with external vendors and integration partners as part of the design, deployment and support efforts surrounding SAP.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP technical experience.
• Direct experience with most of these modules: FICO, SD, PP, MM, LE
• Technical and Functional design experience and evaluating functional specifications.
• Designing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications.
• Previous managerial experience
• Will consider candidates looking to make a move into leadership.
