FreedUp is excited to announce an opening for a Remote Executive Assistant – Sales & Operations to support our sales and operations teams. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support and help drive sales processes, client communications, and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities:
As a Remote Executive Assistant, your role will include managing schedules, coordinating client communications, tracking sales metrics, and assisting in various operational tasks. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our sales team is well-supported and organized, enabling them to focus on closing deals and driving revenue.

Location: This is a fully remote position.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 1,000-1,600 (based on experience)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in sales support or operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and other project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, a modern laptop with a multi-core processor, and a noise-canceling headset.
