Job ResponsibilitiesTesting of AI based conversational productsMonitoring and improving quality assurance process ensuring any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followedProviding a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teamsEvaluating and identifying where enhancements in accuracy of models are requiredDetailed testing feedback preparation to help the team to improve AI modelsRequirementsA good focus on delivering high-quality products and a passion for learning new technologiesShould have a passion for Manual & Automation Testing, Test Planning, Test Cases, Preparation, and ExecutionShould have experience in API testing and scripting languages, like PythonGood to have working experience on BDD (Behavior Driven Development) platformBachelor in Computer Science or related Engineering field4-8 years of relevant experienceShould understand testing requirements related to the current project/productAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentExcellent knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and toolsExposure to New technology, Problem-solving skills, Self-motivated and self-starter, work without supervisionLearning attitude and assured on the QA related ProcessesKnowledge of any Database (MySql, etc) is a plusExcellent written and verbal communicationNetomi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
