Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in tech talent acquisition, preferably in European markets or scale-up environments
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end hiring processes, interview scorecards, and analytics
Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels and candidate pools with ability to build talent pipelines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing executives and hiring managers

Our team has over 100 people, and we're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner!

As a (Senior) Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

Work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe.
Set up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process.
Communicate and strengthen relationships on a regular basis with key stakeholders.
Be responsible for analyzing the best sources of candidates, advertising effectively, running sourcing activities.
Be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.
