10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in enterprise software/SaaS
Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality products and leading large, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management with ability to translate business goals into technology strategy

Requirements:

Define and execute the engineering strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and product strategy
Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams; foster a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture
Oversee software architecture, development processes, DevOps, security, and operational excellence to ensure reliable releases
Partner with product, program management, and customers to prioritize work, manage risk, and deliver value on time and budget
