The Services/Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing the technical support and training operations for customers, technicians and sales people. Job duties include but are not limited to monitoring of commissioning, qualification management, monitoring and metrological updating of test equipment.

Minimum Education
Graduate of a technical college, or
Graduate of a non-science university with technical knowledge gained through work experience
Ideal Education
Ph.D. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
Minimum Experience
Experience in repair or maintenance in mechanical, electronic, or electrical fields (regardless of industry; in-house experience also acceptable)
Ideal Experience
Field service experience
Maintenance experience with GMP-regulated products
Broad experience in the medical industry
Minimum Knowledge / Hard Skills
Basic knowledge in electricity, electronics, IT, mechanics, and chemistry
Ideal Knowledge / Hard Skills
Advanced knowledge in electricity, electronics, IT, mechanics, and chemistry
Minimum English Skills
Basic reading and writing skills (ability to read manuals)
No aversion to using English
Capable of attending training in Germany
Ideal English Skills
Proficient in spoken and written English
