Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for GPU-as-a-Service

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience building and implementing Q2C processes for GPU-as-a-Service or IaaS cloud services
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end deal lifecycle including configuration, pricing, usage-based billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Experience enabling Q2C with tools such as HubSpot, CPQ, and ERP systems; familiarity with billing data feeds and bill presentation
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Finance, and IT; ability to work in contract-based, remote roles (part-time or full-time)

Requirements:

  • Lead discovery and assess the current Q2C solution for GPU-as-a-Service or IaaS, identifying gaps and designing an end-to-end Q2C process
  • Define and document the E2E Q2C model from customer inquiry through payment and revenue recognition, including offerings, SKU/BoM, and order development
  • Enable the solution with required processes and tools (DCIM, Network, IPAM, CMDB, GPU provisioning, procure-to-pay, and a usage/billing engine) and align with HubSpot, CPQ, and ERP
  • Support cash-cycle activities including onboarding, billing data feeds, invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition to ensure timely revenue collection

Job description

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have a long term project with our Microsoft Gold Certified consulting client, working on a client engagement as a Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for a GPU-as-a-Service project.  The resource could work either part-time hours or full-time hours. 


Role: Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for a GPU-as-a-Service

Type: Contract can be 40 hrs/week or less if a resource is only available on a part-time basis

Duration: 12 months to start + extensions

Location: Remote - Toronto, ON

Rate: Open based on expectations as a C2C contractor

Q2C (Quote-to-Cash)

Seasoned in Building the Q2C process for GPU-as-a-Service client.

Experienced in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process for GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) adapts the standard sales cycle to the specific needs of cloud computing services, from initial hardware configuration, pricing to usage-based billing and revenue recognition.

Or

Seasoned in Q2C in IaaS

Seasoned inbuilding Q2C process for GPU-as-a-Service or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) which encompasses comprehensive, end-to-end business process that manages the entire lifecycle of a deal, from the initial customer inquiry and configuration of services to the final collection of payment and revenue recognition. It bridges the gap between sales and finance functions.

- develop where necessary and document final E2E people, process and "tools" solution for Q2C
