Business Insights Analyst (EU based)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Warsaw, anywhere else in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals, working on projects that help clients understand their operations, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conducting research, interviews, and workshops to gather business requirements.
• Analyzing operational processes and organizational structures.
• Preparing clear documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Supporting consultants and project leads with insights and structured findings.
• Participating in client meetings and contributing to solution proposals.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); a Masters is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in analysis, research, consulting, or similar.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to turn information into clear conclusions.
• Confident communication skills and comfort in client-facing situations.
• Solid English skills (B2-C1).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
