  • Work with international clients (Europe and U.S.) to review campaigns, suggest improvements, and provide strategic recommendations using marketing automation tools
  • Communicate with clients in English; provide regular reporting, updates, and strategic guidance on ad strategy, creatives, and targeting
  • Coordinate across time zones and ensure responsiveness during urgent issues; report incidents via JIRA and maintain availability for support

Our client is a Digital Marketing platform designed to make running ad campaigns simple and accessible for everyone, especially small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs.

About Job:

Were looking for a Digital Marketing & Ads Strategist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate understands how ad algorithms work, how to build and optimize campaigns, and can guide clients on improving their ad strategy, targeting, and performance.

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with international clients (Europe & U.S.) to review their campaigns, suggest improvements, provide strategic recommendations, and help them achieve better results using Plais marketing automation tools. Strong English fluency (spoken & written) is essential for client communication.

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing or ads management.

Proven experience managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
Deep understanding of campaign optimization, bidding, and ad delivery algorithms
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to advise clients on ad strategy, creatives, and audience targeting
Fluency in English is mandatory
TikTok Ads or SaaS experience is a plus

Working Hours (Karachi Time)

Since most customers are in European and U.S. time zones, flexibility is essential.
Recommended availability: Between 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT). However, as this is a
responsibility-based role (not strictly time-based), if any major issue occurs between 5:00
PM and 4:00 AM, the candidate must immediately report, create a JIRA ticket, and
respond to the customer. The candidate should remain reachable during active support
hours to ensure quick response to urgent matters.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working timings: 4:00 PM - 2:00 PM AM
