About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for Careem in Jordan. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services.

What you’ll do

Markets: scope covering Jordan and Egypt.
Execute sourcing activities (RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection, and commercial evaluations.
Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Support contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance with procurement policies.
Analyze spend data to identify savings, efficiencies, and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement support.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
4–6 years of procurement/sourcing experience (tech, mobility, FMCG, or similar preferred).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local supplier markets in Jordan; English & Arabic proficiency.
Experience with procurement tools/systems is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for driving efficiencies and enabling business operations.
