Roles & Responsibilities

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail
Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and basic account reconciliation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and strong written and verbal communication

Requirements:

Process and issue invoices, review for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery
Process payments and follow up on overdue payments to collections
Assist in reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
Maintain transaction records and generate payment reports, while communicating with clients to resolve billing issues

Bits of your job:

Invoice Processing: Issuing and reviewing invoices for accuracy
Payment Collection: Processing payments and following up on overdue payments
Account Reconciliation: Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and tracking discrepancies
Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining transaction records and generating payment reports
Communication: Interacting with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure payments are received
