  • Experience with Avaya Aura CM (Aura Communications Manager) 8.1.x deployments across multiple locations
  • Experience configuring SIP trunks from Avaya PBX to Cisco CUBE/SIP routers
  • Knowledge of dial plan design and manipulation to support cutovers (e.g., 8 cutovers)
  • Experience with Avaya Contact Center and evaluating third-party integrations

  • Discover and document existing Avaya phone system (Aura CM 8.1.x) across 3 locations
  • Configure 2 SIP trunks from Avaya PBX to 2 Cisco CUBE/SIP routers
  • Modify and implement dial plan changes to support 8 cutovers
  • Discover and assess existing Avaya Contact Center and identify potential third-party integrations

Job description

EXISTING AVAYA INTEGRATION:

Seller will perform the following work as part of the project to assist in migration:

 

Discovery of existing Avaya phone system: Aura CM v8.1.x for 3 locations.

Configure 2 SIP trunks from Avaya PBX to 2 Cisco CUBE/SIP routers

Includes dial plan manipulation supporting 8 cutovers

Discovery of existing Avaya Contact Center:

Note: additional hours may be needed if 3rd party integrations are found.
