Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about identifying potential clients and supporting the growth of our IT outsourcing and outstaffing services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets (e.g., USA, EU, UK).

• Generate a high-quality list of leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other tools.

• Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and hand them off for outreach.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and prospecting activities in CRM.

• Monitor industry trends to identify new lead opportunities.

 

Job requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role in the IT industry.

• Understanding of IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing).

• Strong skills in LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools.

• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and consistency in routine tasks.

• Upper Intermediate + English level.
