Job description

About the Role

We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international team in Greece. You will be assisting customers of leading global brands, providing excellent service through phone, chat, and email all while working remotely from Greece.

If you are relocating from abroad, we offer relocation support to make your move as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, chat, and email.

  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Follow company procedures, ensuring all interactions meet quality and compliance standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Cooperate with other departments to resolve complex cases.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, tools, and processes.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Croatian speaker (C1 level minimum).

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Computer literate with basic typing and multitasking abilities.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Availability to work on shifts Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 19:00.
