Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in B2B sales or new business development with end-to-end sales cycle
  • Strong prospecting and outbound/inbound lead generation skills (cold calls, follow-ups) and meeting organization
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, and data maintenance
  • Ability to present proposals, negotiate terms, onboard clients, and collaborate with marketing and partnerships to drive recurring revenue

Requirements:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing client support to grow recurring revenue
  • Prospect actively and receptively (including cold calls and follow-ups), organize and participate in client meetings, prepare proposals and commercial materials, and negotiate/close contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, develop prospecting lists, and coordinate onboarding and initial client support while aligning with marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at events, develop partnerships and new acquisition channels, and support client retention through regular check-ins and product delivery via online meetings

Job description

Responsável por conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção de novos clientes até a retenção dos atuais, garantindo o crescimento da receita recorrente do Pipelead. Atuar com estratégia, execução e relacionamento, englobando atividades de marketing, vendas consultivas, negociações comerciais, onboarding e suporte inicial de clientes.

  • Realizar prospecção ativa e receptiva de potenciais clientes (cold calls, contatos receptivos, follow-up de propostas);
  • Organizar e participar de reuniões com potenciais clientes;
  • Definir estratégias de criação de listas de prospecção;
  • Preparar e apresentar propostas e materiais comerciais;
  • Negociar condições comerciais e fechar novos contratos;
  • Imputar e atualizar informações no CRM;
  • Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento, onboarding e suporte inicial de novos clientes;
  • Desenvolver ações de marketing para apoio na captação de novos clientes;
  • Participar de eventos para divulgação da marca e prospecção;
  • Prospectar e negociar novos canais de aquisição (parcerias com indústrias, consultores, agências, influenciadores e empresas parceiras);
  • Apoiar a retenção de clientes através de reuniões de suporte e alinhamento;
  • Realizar a venda e entrega do produto de gestão comercial, por meio de reuniões online de acompanhamento e direcionamento;
  • Participar de reuniões internas pontuais ou recorrentes para alinhamentos estratégicos.
