We are currently searching for a AS400 Admin:

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain IBM i systems (formerly AS400).
Handle software installation and upgrades, and perform hardware maintenance.
Manage system backups and recovery processes.
Oversee user security administration on the platform.
Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Perform SQL query execution and manage version control.
Participate in the testing of new applications.

Requirements:

Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant systems administration experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems or related field (partial degree or technical certification in IT is acceptable).
Mandatory Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of AS400 / IBM i administration.
Proficiency in SQL.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
