We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Tester with a proven track record of possessing and applying comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments related to internally developed applications. As a seasoned professional, you will bring applied experience in functional applications testing, along with the ability to plan and lead major technology assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Testing Expertise: Apply your in-depth experience in functional applications testing to ensure the reliability and quality of internally developed applications.
  • Project Leadership: Plan and lead major technology assignments, overseeing the evaluation of performance results and recommending substantial changes that impact short-term project growth and success.
  • Technical Mastery: Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, providing technical and management leadership on major tasks associated with applications testing.
  • Goal Setting and Planning: Establish goals and plans that align with project objectives, utilizing your domain expertise and technical knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
  • Client Interaction: Direct and control activities for a client, employing negotiation skills and interfacing with senior management to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Critical Decision Making: Utilize your domain knowledge to make critical decisions that have a substantial impact on overall project implementation.
  • Supervision: May supervise others, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior-level quality assurance testing role with a focus on internally developed applications.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in functional applications testing, project leadership, and a strong understanding of the domain.
  • Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management.
