Remote (South Africa) | R50 000 to R75 000 (Dependent on experience) | UK hours (8 am - 5 pm, flexible)

The Role: Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll take the lead in delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client goals. From requirement gathering to solution design, configuration, training, and ongoing support, you'll own the full project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction at every step. You'll also work across multiple clouds, including CPQ and Revenue Operations, where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
  • Act as the primary client contact for business analysis and solution mapping
  • Gather and validate functional and technical requirements
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including CPQ and RevOps where applicable
  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet client specifications
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems
  • Develop and carry out test plans to ensure solution quality
  • Deliver user training and support for adoption
  • Create detailed documentation, including process flows and user guides
  • Support project management, timelines, and issue resolution
  • Provide post-implementation support and recommend enhancements
