The Role: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you'll be key to driving strategic improvements for clients by leveraging your Salesforce and CPQ expertise. You'll gather and translate complex business needs into actionable insights and system requirements, ensuring exceptional outcomes across global tech and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role to lead process improvements and system delivery

• Gather, analyse, and document system requirements across stakeholders and global teams

• Deliver Salesforce and CPQ-based solutions that align with client objectives

• Lead testing activities and compile documentation aligned with internal standards

• Apply Lean and Project Management methodologies to maximise business impact

• Translate functional requirements to development and QA teams clearly and effectively

• Educate end users on Salesforce and CPQ functionalities

• Identify and recommend necessary system patches or upgrades

About You

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in consultancy or tech environments

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ

• Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Process-driven mindset with a track record of improvement delivery

• Experience with testing frameworks and visual/design standards a plus
