Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 Hybrid Environments, Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, and SSO
Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting and device support; experience installing, supporting, and managing laptops and mobile devices; hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Experience with enterprise remote support tools (Remote Desktop, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and strong cloud security best practices and compliance

Position Overview
The IT Support Specialist provides end-to-end technical support across a globally distributed workforce. This role supports headquarters staff in Washington, DC and international personnel deployed worldwide. The specialist will deliver hands-on and remote IT support covering hardware, software, network services, cybersecurity compliance, identity management, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
This is a high-responsibility, mission-critical role requiring deep Microsoft 365 administration experience, strong troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to operate in a secure government IT environment.
Key Responsibilities Global IT Support & Operations
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support to domestic and internationally deployed staff
