We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Frontend Team Leader to join our development team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-facing features and interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend / other full stack developers, to create exceptional user experiences.
* Hire and build an frontend engineering team.
* Implement and maintain frontend architecture and best practices to ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
* Translate UI/UX designs into technically feasible solutions, optimizing applications for performance and speed.
* Conduct testing and debugging of frontend components to ensure seamless user experiences.
* Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and team standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues reported by users or stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* 6+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer.
* 2+ years of management experience, leading engineering teams and projects.
* Expert proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Extensive hands-on experience with Vue.js (versions 2.7 and 3+).
* Practical experience with: Pinia, Tailwind CSS.
* Strong familiarity with Vite, Node.js, and modern development environments.
* Familiarity with SQL, and Elastic.
* Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
* Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
* Proven problem-solving and debugging abilities.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
* Background in micro-frontends or scalable frontend architecture.
* Experience building or contributing to a component library or design system.
