Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of direct experience in lieu of degree
Experience with Epic Cadence Scheduling, especially Home Infusion module (referrals and authorizations, scheduling and care plans, resource planning and assignment)
Ability to obtain training for primary Epic applications within six months (e.g., Epic Willow Inpatient/Ambulatory, Epic Beacon, Epic Compass Rose, Epic Willow Inventory, Omnicell)
Knowledge of HIPAA and Meaningful Use; strong IT healthcare experience and ability to liaise between IT and operations; project coordination for medium-sized projects

Requirements:

Serve as a liaison between IT and operations to align system design with operational processes, including data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and ongoing support
Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation, ensuring builds meet organizational goals and external mandates
Apply knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management; act as project coordinator for medium-sized projects with medium budgets
Implement, build, and maintain the Epic Cadence Scheduling Home Infusion module, focusing on referrals/authorizations, scheduling and care plans, and resource planning/assignment; collaborate on related Epic Willow and MyChart components as needed

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst - Senior - Cadence Scheduling - Home Infusion to join their team. This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN

Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. Acts as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets and may or may not have system-wide implications.

This position is to implement, build and maintain the Home Infusion module in Epic. In addition to general Epic Cadence Scheduling knowledge and experience, the following knowledge areas of Cadence Scheduling will be utilized for this position:

1. Referrals and Authorizations

2. Scheduling and Care Plans

3. Resource Planning and Assignment

Additional knowledge in the following areas is beneficial:

1. Epic Willow/Pharmacy Application

2. MyChart questionnaire and messaging functionality

Qualifications:
