Requirements:

  • Achieve Shenzhen region sales targets by developing and executing effective regional sales strategies, opening new markets and clients, and maximizing existing customer potential.
  • Manage key customer relationships and establish long-term strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
  • Provide clinical education and promotion: understand product clinical value, deliver professional product introductions, technical trainings, and organize academic activities such as department meetings and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with company conduct and healthcare regulations; collaborate across Marketing and Medical teams to drive brand and business growth.
