We are currently searching for a Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack (Java, SpringBoot, Angular):
Responsibilities:
- Provide development and technical support for new business requirements and the development of new products.
- Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility, define alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions in collaboration with business partners.
- Design new functionality and enhancements to commercial products in close partnership with other developers.
- Lead day-to-day system development and maintenance activities to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Participate in major projects and complex assignments with a broad scope, ensuring solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality.
- Ensure effective and secure coding practices in alignment with industry best practices and secure coding procedures.
- Coordinate and participate in coding, design, changes, enhancements, and system testing.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical partners throughout all facets of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Apply expertise in software engineering principles, theories, and concepts, as well as in-depth knowledge of business/functional requirements gathering.
Requirements:
- Full Stack development ability to write secure code across backend (Java, SQL) and frontend (JavaScript, Angular) programming languages.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Angular JS.
- Experience delivering secure, maintainable, scalable, and complex application solutions in a SAFe/Agile process.
- Familiarity with secure coding standards and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency with version control, specifically GIT, and automated testing practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and a high level of motivation and drive.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Desired:
- Experience with AWS deployment and GitOps practices.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
