We are currently searching for a IT Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional, global teams to achieve positive outcomes and deliver world-class IT solutions for our client.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with business needs and client expectations.
- Manage projects that may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.
- Establish clear stakeholder expectations and consistently communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams.
- Identify project risks and develop solid mitigation plans.
- Monitor performance in project and program control activities and adhere to stringent reporting requirements.
- Solve complex problems that require critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively and routinely engage with senior business and technology leaders.
- Contribute to the success and continuous improvement of a premier technology Project Management Office (PMO).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience (YOE) in Information Technology project management.
- Proven ability to lead and build cross-functional teams.
- Consistent track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Experience managing complex projects/programs at an enterprise level.
- Expertise in project management best practices.
- Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with senior leadership.
Desired:
- Experience within a formal Project Management Office (PMO) structure.
- Experience with projects involving business process re-engineering.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
