  • 7+ years of total relevant experience in Business Analysis and IT

  • Expertise in Salesforce declarative programming tools and process automation; experience with configuration and data migration tools (SF DX, Dataloader, Gearset, Force.com IDE)

Requirements:

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements from diverse stakeholders into functional specifications and actionable user stories; collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Configure Salesforce declarative solutions and provide guidance to development teams during implementation; support integration patterns and API usage
  • Support QA and UAT to ensure systems meet business requirements and maintain essential documentation (process diagrams, personas, use cases, and functional specifications)
  • Provide end-user training and ensure successful adoption per the scope of work; work within a Scrum/Agile product development framework

We are currently searching for a ERP & Products Solutions:

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and thoroughly analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and actionable user stories.
  • Develop and maintain essential documentation, including process diagrams
  • RShutterstock, personas, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.
  • Provide end-user training as defined by the scope of work (SOW).
  • Work effectively within a Scrum/Agile Product Development environment.
  • Configure out-of-box Salesforce solutions declaratively based on business and functional requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of total relevant experience in Business Analysis and IT.
  • 3-5 years of dedicated Salesforce Platform experience with a hands-on focus on declarative programming of processes.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B on Lightning.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
  • Expertise in Salesforce declarative programming tools and process automation.
  • Experience with configuration and data migration tools (e.g., SF DX, Dataloader, Gearset, Force.com IDE).
  • Good understanding of Process Automation and business process logic, including the ability to design using tools like Visio or Lucid.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform limits and best practices for enterprise and SMB scalability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate development methodologies and architectural trade-offs.

Desired:

  • Good understanding of tradeoffs between declarative programming and custom APEX.
  • Ability to remain current on Salesforce best practices, tooling, and upcoming features.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
