Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements
University degree in engineering
Five years of experience or more in the power systems sector
Available to travel to BBA's office across Canada
Available for short- and long-term assignments at client sites across Canada
Advanced level of French and English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients inside and outside Québec. The frequency of English use may range from occasional to daily, depending on ongoing projects
Knowledge of substation technology
Knowledge of how to configure protection relays
Asset: knowledge of the IEC 61850 standard
Asset: Knowledge of how to configure HMI/SCADA systems
A sset: Knowledge of test equipment for protection relays
Asset: graduate degree in electrical engineering or a related field
