  • Proactively suggests enhancements, supports business process redesign, and communicates solutions to business stakeholders

Job description

  • configuration design, development and support of Maximo EAM v7.x implementations
  • Troubleshoots process/functionality related issues and resolves escalated tickets related to Maximo application
  • Analyse the Maximo application change requests and detail the related business requirement with the requestor
  • Assists in solution design for change requirements as a key functional resource
  • Proactively brings ideas based on his/her experience and understanding of the business users’ needs for new development and enhancements
  • Assists in business process redesign as needed
  • Communicates the solution to business directly or through other support personnel
