Hands-on experience with the Force.com platform using APEX, Visualforce, Process Builder, and Flows.
Proficiency with Vlocity components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Card UI, FlexCards, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience deploying Omniscripts across environments and integrating Salesforce with external systems using JSON and SOAP web services and Vlocity Integration Procedures.
Strong SQL/RDBMS skills with ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and mappings; excellent written and verbal communication.
