  • Experience providing end-user support, training, and mentoring Tier-1 staff; ability to create and maintain knowledge resources
  • Proficiency in provisioning users, managing access permissions, data import/export, and maintaining dashboards and reports

Requirements:

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and production support, including user provisioning and access management
  • Manage Salesforce data model elements (custom objects/fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approvals) and determine when to customize vs. use out-of-the-box features
  • Support end users, deliver training, mentor Tier-1 staff, and maintain knowledge base resources (FAQs, How-To guides)
  • Create and maintain dashboards, views, and reports; handle data import/export and contribute to data quality

Role: Salesforce Admin with Production Support
JD:-
Provide excellent customer support to all staff on the use of the Year Up data systems and applications Manage a knowledge base system i.e. FAQs, How To Guides Gain an understanding of Year Up business processes and where the tools are used Provision new users and maintain access permissions settings Manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes Leverage understanding of the Salesforce.com data model to determine how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality Provide day-to-day support and guidance to end users to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com, as well as other connected application systems Train and mentor Tier-1 support team members Assist staff in analyzing and utilizing data Assist staff with changing parameters in reports Import and export data as needed Manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects. Contribute to increasing data quality.
