● Work with all levels of business stakeholders to understand current processes and challenges, new initiatives and propose operationally sound solutions to improve business processes in meeting requirements.
● Translate high-level customer/business requirements into technical specifications and work with development teams and/or vendors to deliver cost effective and efficient solutions.
● Liaise with PMO, IT Infrastructure, Product and Engineering teams in project delivery, quality assurance through testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
● Provide technical and/or domain advice and expertise to improve and drive quality in Software Development Life Cycle phases, including Testing and Release Management.
● Provide support to audit exercises and work with stakeholders to address audit findings.
● Deliver accurate cost and effort estimates for the design and develop phase in partnership with the business analysts, PMO, subject matter experts and solution providers for complex projects.
● Assist Head of Solutions in strategic planning for system architect and business processes to support business growth and transformation.
● Preferable 6-8 years of related working experience in solution design and architecture, implementing and maintaining IT systems
● Domain knowledge with at least 5 years of working experience in Telco IT systems will be desired
● Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and written/verbal communication skills
● Meticulous at analysis/design documentation
● Pro-active, independent, resourceful, able to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
● Positive disposition with ability to work well with all functional levels within the organization
● Minimum business travel to regional countries is expected
