Responsibilities
• Work with Digital Hub Product & Delivery Management and their enabling teams/squads running an overall release schedule and gate process
• Plan and communicate the release schedule, working with digital product delivery and digital hub office for reporting purposes
• Maintain the Release schedule in Confluence for all Digital Hub Products (linked to Release Jira tickets when applicable) so it can be easily filtered and reported from – including a release RAG status
• Evaluate and maintain release management process and gates, keeping it simple and effective
• Review and ensure completeness of release artefacts/readiness
• Ensure compliance with entry and exit governance criteria on every deployment
• Publish regular release status to Digital Hub Office and stakeholders
• Manage and execute emergency release activities with relevant teams, via the emergency release process
• Identify opportunities for automation to support CI/CD goals
• Facilitate release planning and go-no-go sessions with product/delivery leads and associated stakeholders
• Identify and manage cross release / inter release risks (co-dependencies) and drive out signature actions
• Technical experience in PHP, JAVA and MicroServices
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile product development processes
• Knowledge of Automation, DevOps and cloud infrastructure technologies
• Experience in platforms like Magento and Drupal or similar eCom stacks.
