Must to Have: Minimum 1-1.5 years of development experience on Lightning Web Component (LWC) Good hands on exp in
Lightning Aura Framework Should be well versed with Apex Programming, SFDC Configurations & Integration using SOAP/REST
API's Should have experience setting up & managing CI/CD pipelines using deployment tools like Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub
Excellent Communication skills and should be able to closely work with Internal and External Stakeholders Should be able to
Manage and Mentor the team and provide the Technical assistance Drive the Technical deliverables based on the planned
project schedules Good to Have: Non-Profit Cloud (NPSP) Implementation experience/ knowledge Proven ability to
communicate complex ideas and solutions Ability to create new and modify existing solutions on the salesforce platform
leveraging both declarative and custom code Able to identify scenarios where Declarative development options meet the
business need rather than code
