Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (SFDC).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce development tools: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, Customizations, Apex (Synchronous and Asynchronous), Visualforce, Aura, LWC, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, and deployment using GitHub, Jenkins, Ant; release management and Salesforce API usage.
  • Leadership experience leading a team of developers; ability to plan, guide delivery, provide effort estimates and timelines; Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.

Requirements:

  • Lead a team of developers, plan and break down user stories into tasks, and provide input for effort estimates and timelines; ensure clear requirements and direction.
  • Review deliverables for quality and provide guidance on technical challenges; collaborate with the Scrum team for day-to-day delivery across multiple work streams.
  • Drive integrations and migrations using Azure and MuleSoft; oversee release management and ensure successful deployments of Salesforce APIs.

Job description

Hands-on experience on designing and development of custom solutions using the
SFDC platform
 Experience in Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, Customizations, Apex
(Synchronous and Asynchronous), Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Lightning
components
 Experience in Rest APIs and SOAP
 Experience in deployment using GitHub, Jenkins, Ant etc.
 Lead a team of developers, ensuring high quality delivery by providing clear
requirements and direction Conduct planning and break-down of user stories
to task level
 Provide input for effort estimates, timeline, and solution components
 Review deliverables and be responsible for Quality of project deliverables
 Provide guidance on technical challenges to development team
 Work closely with Scrum team, provide day-to-day oversight on delivery aspects
across the multitude of work streams for the program
 Bring in expertise related to Integration through Azure and MuleSoft
 Migration, experience with Salesforce APIs, and release management
Must have:
 PD 2 certification: The Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification is a
credential developed for Salesforce professionals who have experience in
implementing advanced programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform and
are looking to verify their expertise.
