Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Data Services (BODS), data warehousing and BI solution implementations
  • Hands-on data migration experience using SAP BODS with IDOCs, BAPIs, LSMW, and BDC
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with ECC to S/4HANA migrations (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience with SAP BODS integration of SAP and non-SAP systems to S/4HANA and knowledge of data quality, profiling and cleansing

Requirements:

  • Plan and execute SAP BODS data migrations, including transformations, data quality profiling and cleansing
  • Lead migrations using HANA Migration Cockpit and Migration Object Modeller; integrate SAP and non-SAP systems with S/4HANA
  • Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather requirements and design data migration solutions
  • Adhere to SAP best practices for data migrations and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work capabilities

Job description

Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience in SAP Data Services BODS, Data warehousing and Business Intelligence solution implementations;
 
•      Strong data-migration Background with hands-on experience in data migration using SAP BODS with IDOCs, BAPIs LSMW, and BDC
•      Exposure to SAP S4 HANA.
•      Good to have SAP ECC to S4 HANA migration experience in one project through not mandatory
•      Multiple Migration Experience using HANA Migration Cockpit and Migration Object Modeller
•      Experience in SAP BODS Integration of SAP and Non SAP systems to S4HANA system
•      Working knowledge of the Data migration tool ChainSys dataZap. ( good to have not mandatory)
•      Strong working knowledge on SAP BODS Transformations.
•      Knowledge of Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing
•      Awareness on the SAP and Non SAP Best Practices for Data Migrations ( some experience is desired)
•      Working experience with business users, Functional Team expectations on requirement gathering and solution building
•      Good communication skills
•      Should be able to work independently and analyze problems and provide solutions
•      Knowledge of SAP Best practices
