• Strong experience in Web Services, REST API, WSDLs,
• Excellent understanding of HCM functional domains like ESS/MSS, Absence, Time & Labor, Recruiting & Comp. Strong understanding of Workday configuration & setup in these domains
• Write and create detailed (TDD) documents, analyze users’ requirements and documents system functionality
• Perform technical analysis, data analysis, maintain system documentation, and continually improve processes
• Coordinate and apply system fixes/patches, follow a SDLC model, and test applying best-practice methods
• Perform patches, testing, change management, and adhere to SDLC processes.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Techno-functional experience in Design, Build, Test & Deploy Workday integrations using various Workday tools like Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Integration cloud connect, Workday Studio
• Experience in using open standards of Web Services like SOAP & REST APIs
• Strong experience in using Workday Business Services, Outbound Message Services, Reporting Services
• Excellent problem solving skills
