Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of Android development experience using Java and Kotlin
  • 2+ years of experience in client-server based apps and SDK/API/Framework integration in Android
  • Experience with integrating 3rd-party SDKs (Volley, Retrofit, Room DB) and using Android Studio tools for memory and CPU profiling
  • Knowledge of design patterns (MVP, MVVM), data structures, and OOP concepts; exposure to React Native/Flutter, Ad Tech, and streaming technologies (ExoPlayer, HLS, DASH) is a plus

Requirements:

  • Develop robust Android applications using Java/Kotlin across client-server architectures
  • Integrate and configure 3rd-party SDKs (Volley, Retrofit, Room) and internal SDKs, ensuring performance via profiling
  • Implement streaming features using ExoPlayer, HLS/DASH and maintain code quality with MVP/MVVM patterns
  • Collaborate with QA, product, and backend teams to deliver scalable, maintainable Android solutions

Job description

Job Description:
•        Min 5+ years of development expertise in Android platforms ( using JAVA, Kotlin)
•        Development exp. of 2+ years in Client Server based apps / solutions.
•        Development exp. of 2+ years of SDK APIs / Frameworks in Android Platforms.
•        Knowledge of React Native \ Flutter is preferable.
•        Knowledge of Ad Tech domain is preferable.
•        Knowledge of ExoPlayer, HLS, DASH Streaming is preferable
•        Experience of version control tools like GIT, Source Tree
•        Experience of using Android Studio IDE & relevant tools for Memory profiling, CPU utilization, etc.
•        Good Knowledge on Design patterns, Data Structures and OOPS concept. (MVP, MVVM, etc)
•        Integrated 3rd party SDKs, like Volley, Retrofit, Room DB, etc.
