5-12 years of relevant experience in digital product management / business analysis
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and certifications (e.g., SAFe PMPO / CSPO)
Extensive Retail/Ecommerce experience (B2C, top-of-funnel initiatives) with familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics)
Requirements:
Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Retail/B2C Ecommerce projects (Search, Browse, Catalog management, Promotions, SEO)
Translate business needs into detailed user stories; maintain and groom product backlog; collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
Work with leading Ecommerce platforms (IBM WCS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris) to implement solutions
Leverage analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics) to derive data-driven insights and measure product success

Required Experience and Skills:
MBA
Overall, 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital product management / business analysis
Good understanding of the Retail industry and Ecommerce domain – challenges, trends, functional areas, etc.
Good conceptual understanding of Retail B2C Ecommerce – business process, functional features and high-level systems
Experience of working on Retail Top of Funnel Ecommerce projects – Search & Browse, Catalog management, Customer Data Management, Promotions, SEO
Experience on any leading B2C Ecommerce package solution (IBM WCS / Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris) is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, backlog grooming, etc.)
Experience using ecommerce analytics tools like Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics / Quantum Metrics, to define data-driven insights and product backlog
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO etc.
