Looking to build a strong application support team for an esteemed customer in digital payments domain. An application support engineer will have the below must and desired skills Must have technical skills: Working on Java, Spring, Linux, should be able to write complex SQL queries Troubleshooting, debugging ideating short term and long term solutions Have worked in systems where global applications are integrated Exposure to automation of daily operations and app restoration tasks Must have soft skills Strong analytical mind to work with business teams Excellent learning curve to understand the underlying business domain Should be able to experiment and adapt to new technologies quickly Excellent Communication, collaboration with development, platform Desired skills: Efficient usage of monitoring and analytics tools like Dynatrace and Splunk and Postgres Cloud based applications, Finance/payment domain will be an added advantage Technical documentation experience
