6+ years of software development experience in Windows applications using Delphi; mandatory Delphi and SQL skills
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, views, indexes, functions; experience with SSIS and SSRS
Experience in production support; knowledge of effort estimation, requirement analysis, design documents, deployment, reviews; exposure to ServiceNow and JIRA
Ability to translate mock-ups and wireframes into functioning applications; unit testing; adherence to schedules; strong communication and organizational skills; able to work standalone
