Delphi development with 6+ years of software development experience
Strong SQL Server skills including stored procedures, views, indexes, and functions (SSIS, SSRS)
Experience in Windows application development and production support
Exposure to ServiceNow and JIRA; ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills; optional: .NET or Oracle experience is a plus
Requirements:
Develop Windows applications using Delphi; implement business logic and ensure unit-tested, defect-free code
Design and optimize SQL Server objects (stored procedures, views, indexes, functions); leverage SSIS/SSRS as required
Provide production support, implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and migration projects; adhere to schedules and adapt to client demands
Translate mock-ups/wireframes into functional applications; contribute to requirements analysis, design documentation, deployment, and reviews; stay current with best practices and new technologies; work independently

Optional Skills .net, Oracle • Having experience in developing Windows applications using Delphi with 6+ years of software development experience • Should have an understanding of Oops, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, Functions, SSIS, SSRS • Experience in Production Support • Knowledge of Effort estimations, Requirement analysis, Design document, Deployment, reviews • Exposure to Service Now, JIRA 6. • Experience in Minor enhancements, bugfixes, and Migration projects • Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA. • Adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting client demands. • Translate mock-ups and wireframes into a functioning application • Keep up-to-date on best practices and new technologies • Be able to work standalone.
