Experience/Skills:
• Looking for 1 skilled offshore associate to help with operational triage and strategic operational hardening efforts to support significant forecasted growth for containerized applications in 2021+
• Skillsets include software dev lifecycle in a team environment, production experience with Kubernetes, Docker and container concepts, and cloud-native application concepts
• When support volume is low, the associate would work out of an operationally-focused backlog, working with PO’s to understand highest priority tech-debt/strategic ops issues
• Flexibility with work shifts, especially during the ramp-up/onboarding time. Ramp-up/onboarding time is typically ~6-9 months to become proficient (ecosystem complexity)
Interpersonal Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong verbal communication is a must
• Ability to independently dig into and solve problems across a wide range of technologies and services
• Ability to work effectively with teammates in a highly collaborative environment
• Ability to clearly and articulately communicate ideas to stakeholders and teammates
• Experience working in an Agile environment in a team setting
