Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with BMC Remedy AR System and BMC Remedy ITSM (versions 9.x/18.x/19.x/20.x) including installation, upgrade, customization, administration and support
  • Proficiency in Foundation Data Configuration, Approval Server Configuration, Remedy Knowledge Management, Service Level Management and Service Request Management
  • Experience with integrations to third-party applications (IBM Maximo, IBM WebSphere, xMatters, Lotus Notes) and exposure to DSO, Email Engine, Web Services and REST APIs
  • Hands-on familiarity with Atrium Core (9.x/18.x/19.x/20.x), Asset Management, Reconciliation/Normalization and ADDM synchronization with CMDB

Requirements:

  • Installation, upgrade, customization, administration and ongoing support of BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite (including Mid-Tier)
  • Configure Foundation Data, Approval Server, SRD/AIF and manage Remedy Knowledge Management, Service Level Management and Service Request Management
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using DSO, Email Engine, Web Services and REST APIs; manage Atrium Core components
  • Administer and synchronize BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) with CMDB, including Spoon Job creation activities

·       Service Request Management Administration such as SRD creation, SRD creations with AIF .
·       Installation, Upgrade, Customization, Administration and Support of BMC Remedy AR System along with ITSM Suit and applications, Mid-Tier
·       Integrations with third party applications like IBM Maximo, IBM Websphere, xMatters, Lotus Notes.
·       Smart Reporting 9.x,18.x,19.x,20.x
·       Smart IT 18.x,19.x,20.x
·       DSO, Email Engine, Web Service, REST API’s
