To support this exciting business growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for customers using our JERA Cloud system.

What you’ll Do:

  • Provide product guidance and customer support through various channels such as phone, LINE Official Account, and Facebook.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers both online (e.g., Google Meet) and on-site.
  • Perform remote installation and troubleshooting via TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
  • Gather customer feedback and usage issues to help improve the product and training materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll Need:

  • Open to both experienced professionals and individuals eager to learn about technology and customer service.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant interests are welcome)
  • Experience with software, POS, or beauty/service businesses is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
  • Positive mindset and ability to handle challenges effectively.
