SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (m/f/d)

• Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).
• Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints.
• System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting).
• Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM.
• As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.
• Experience with project management and consulting methods.
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
• Business fluent German and fluent English.
• Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.
