We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for service support for customers from the Life Science sector. One of the main tasks, in addition to service activities, is to sustainably increase customer satisfaction

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment systems in the field. Your area includes the Netherlands.
• Independent organization of your spare parts inventory and various customer service-related administrative activities.
• Adhering to customer focused strategies to achieve business goals, increase customer satisfaction and position Service Support as a positive sales differentiator in an ever increasingly competitive market.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electronics.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels. 
• Good language skills in Dutch and English
• Full Dutch driver’s license

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Technical Field service experience
• Customer facing experience
